Prairie

For the naturalist, Prairie plans feature long overhangs, use natural indigenous materials, and  sprawling, low profile design borrowing from the Craftsman era.

Traditional

Formal layout accented by gabled or hipped roofs, conventional trim, and brick exteriors, encompassing a different of styles from past periods including Colonial, Georgian, and Victorian.

Mediterranean

Similar to the coastal plans, the Mediterranean style is characterized by clay tile roofs, stucco exteriors, large windows, and classical details.

Classic

Open plan concept from the Renaissance era emphasizing proportion, symmetry and scale. Stucco exteriors, columns with cast stone pedestals and tile interior with geometrical pattern design.
